I made a compilation of all the literary works, short stories, paragraphs, and etc. These are made during our school year 2019-2020 at Ateneo De Naga University

Love
He was overcome by a warm, and calming sensation, like one he had experience before. His mind cast back to when he met, his wife, Jennifer, when Magellan spent all of his days with Jennifer on the rice fields. It was harvesting season for farmers and the song of happiness, the breeze , and the humming birds can be heard. He remembers the day as clear as a newly bought mirror. They talked, became closer, and suddenly just fell in love with one another.
Their heart pounded harder as they fell in love with each other more and more. The town gave a beautiful scenery, the water glistening, the illuminated light from the moon, “It was the best thing ever,” stated Magellan. He remembered spacing out looking at Jennifer as she was amazed by the scenery. Warm and calming was what he felt, same thing that was felt by Jennifer at that exact moment. Except that the longer Magellan stared at her, the warmth grew more, and Magellan started to confess. Jennifer, not being aware, was surprised,became dizzy; causing her head to throb, after a while, she fainted.
She awakens after a few nudges, and finally gave him his long-awaited answer, “Yes.” Magellan jumped in joy and announced his own relationship to his own family proudly. He celebrated joyous commemorations with her, made songs for her, and last, but not the least, he goes at the side of the mountain and go sight-seeing there with Jennifer. After a few years, their relationship just gotten stronger by the years, and they thought of marrying each other.
Jennifer wondered about the time, she keeps asking herself: “Is it the right time to get married?” She was so happy that she kept dreaming of Magellan and her in a church, getting married. She realized and became grateful that Magellan was always there for her. She was curious, yet happy, and so close to Magellan. So far from her own desires, but she found out what true love really means.
Tossed between love & happiness, thoughts of home and life, and their smile widened with each of the blessing they had received when their heart was still beating. Light came over them.
In Our Society
The rich become richer and the poor poorer;
All men are born unequally today;
Yet, if it happens, ’twill be a wonder;
No matter what you do, things happen this way.
A Summary of June 5th Progress Report: Flowers for Algernon
In June 5th progress report in the story, “Flowers for Algernon” , Charlie have received the operation that will make him “smart” and has rapidly progressed in knowledge and intelligence, surpassing the scientists who created the experimental procedures. As we all know, Charlie Gordon is a man has a mental capacity of a child. Charlie Gordon had the right grammar during this progress report, and has become selfish, that he took over the project himself. Lastly, Charlie was able to feel the signs of emotional instability, forgetfulness and the first symptoms of burnout.
Wrapping it up
I wrote these literary works,and a summarization for school purposes specifically for our English subject. I had mixed emotions while doing this works and I was quite impressed of myself, because I didn’t know that I can make these kind of things. While making the narrative essay, Love, I felt immersed on writing the story, because I learned a lot from the story about their own life. I wrote In our Society, because we were given a task to produce and perform a poetry, and we got the topic about society and what us, the students, can do to help. After a lot of research, I realized that there are more problems about the world than what we acknowledge. While writing a quick summary about the June 5th Progress Report of Charlie Gordon that the important point that the intellectual barrier goes both ways, and extreme intelligence (or extreme education) can be as much a driving factor of alienation as the opposite.
